There are two models shown in the virtual tours below. One is showing two porches. The 2nd displays a separate utility room at the end of the home. Both are interesting. I don't have a floor plan for the home with the utility room. I think that you can understand it though.
The first virtual tour has 2 porches on it. It is standard with one porch but the virtual tour has the optional porch on the other end also.
If you don't want either porch, we can remove the optional one and use the other one's space for another function. Master bedroom walk in closet.
I have never seen a floor plan with 2 porches on the home. It is truly unique. It gives you a good look on each end of the home.
The 2nd Virtual tour. takes away my major objection about the home. The washer dryer in the dining room.
Modified 1 plan. We changed the kitchen to another kitchen. We put in a very large island because he thought that it would be a place where people congregate. We made a Great Room. There is no kitchen and living room. It is all one. We flipped the master bedroom and the other bedrooms end to end because he wanted his master bedroom on the lake. This is the only home that I was able to flip only half the home. He put in a fireplace and a patio door in the Living room. We put another window in the master bedroom so he could look at the lake. We incorporated the porch into the living room. We put a side door and and end door because he built a garage on the end. He wanted access to the garage and also outside without going through the garage. We did not have a porch on the home.
Modified 2 plan. We made it a 60' home. We made it into a 2 bedroom with a very large utility room in the center of the home. We flipped the kitchen and living room around. It was a very narrow lot. They wanted a porch that faced the road and a porch that looks at the lake.
Modified 3 plan. We moved the kitchen to the end of the home. They wanted it as a 32 wide. The fellow was in a wheel chair. We made the bathroom wheel chair friendly. We put in a roll in shower, vanity and toilet area. He wanted only 1 bedroom. He wanted a large master bedroom. The closet was such that he could wheel into it.
All 3 of these show how flexible this home is. All of them were designed for a single person or a couple.

Virtual Tour
The first Virtual tour is the actual floor plan. The second Virtual tour is a changed floor plan. They added some feet to the home. They moved the sink from the peninsula to the outside wall. They moved the range to the center wall, created a dining room, and turned the nook into a utility room.
