This is similar to the 2848 203 but it is a little larger with a different bath. You can get an optional bath that would have a 48" shower. I wondered why you would want a 48" shower when you could get a 60" shower in place of the tub. The answer is that you pick up a linen closet where there would be not room for it if you had the 60" shower. The home also shows a door to the utility room from the master bath. Some like that, some don't. It is convenient to have a door to a bath by the rear door. Farmers and lake people especially like that. That is great for kids to use if they are playing outside.
You can also make it bigger if you want—you can add feet in 4' increments. You can put the 4' anywhere you want. We can re-design it anyway that you want and gets by the engineers.

I can do about anything to the home that you can imagine.
The financing is hard to simplify. There are so many variables to financing. For Bank financing, the interest rate and down payment are based on:
- your credit score
- if it is a park or private property
- and the amount of your down payment.:
- Seller Financing - $773 (10% down, 8.5%, 15 year). No minimum credit score.
- Bank financing- $583-$780 (5% - 10% down, ?%, 23 year). Interest rate dependent on credit score.
- Local bank financing- 20% down payment, 10 year maximum term. Bank may "balloon loan" and refinance balance at end of 10 years.
The purpose of disclosing financing here is to show you what the approximate payments. I would love to talk about your particular situation. Bank financing will finance any credit score, for very low scores, the down payment can get high. At least they will do it.
