This has a monster kitchen in the home. Lots of Cabinets. A truly separate family room. It offers the most wall space as a family room. If the purpose of the family room is to have 2 TV's. This will be one of the best for that. I had a person order the home for the family room for her children's play area.

Customization. Below is a modified floor plan. We made it a 32 wide home. We flipped the master bedroom and the utility room and master bath. They did this to get a front end garage on the home. We made the master bedroom larger so she could fit in a baby grand piano. We put a rear door on the family room so they would have access to the back yard. Another possibility would have been a patio door. When we moved the utility room, we lost our access to the back yard. I don't know if this will fit anybody else's needs. It just shows how much we can customize a home.

The home is priced with stainless steel appliances plus the packages. There is no Ultimate Kitchen available in the home. We can option in most of the features of the UK but I did not do that. There are only different shower and vanity options available. If you want a bigger master bath, we could add 4 ft to achieve that.
