Generally, you cannot have an island that you can sit at in a 28 wide. It is pretty tight to do that. When they extended the marriage line, that allowed that to be done.

The 2nd VT has a standard kitchen with Timberwolf cabinets. The countertops are the standard ones. The master bath has an Agile shower. The optional cabinet is different from the one in VT 1. The utility room is the standard one. It is not been changed from the floor plan.
