$218,313 Zoey 28 x 76 1600 sq. ft. Model 2860 308 This was a Customized home for a couple. It was revised from the Odyssey 68 home. We made a lot of changes to it though. We added 8 feet to the home. We moved the sink to the outside wall. We put in a walk in pantry. On the living room side, we moved the den to the end of the home. We made it larger and called it a family room. We also made the foyer a little larger to match up with the dining room wall.
We thought somebody else would like it so we made it a stock model. We thought right because someone else ordered it. Of course they modified it to meet their needs. Their floor plan will be the 2nd floor plan below. They chose to make the living room separate from the kitchen. They wanted it closed off. You would not have to have the wall between the living room and dining room. They also made the 2 bathrooms smaller. They used the extra feet on the dining room and the walk in pantry. They reduced the size of the family room. They made bedroom 3 and the master bedroom larger.
The point is that we can do just about anything you want to the home.
The home is priced with drywall, a radiant bath, and an upgraded kitchen.
