This is an unusual floor plan in the kitchen is to the front of the home. It has a very nice foyer in the home.

The utility room door is also to the front of the home. However, there is an option to move it to the end of the home. The front utility room door makes it easier to put on a garage to the front of the home. If we did that, we would have to moved bedroom 2 window to the end wall. The front utility door also works in places where you want everything going to the front of the home.

Below is a home that modified the Shelby 68. We moved the utility room to the back corner of the home. We moved bath 2 to the rear of the home. We added a 4th bedroom. We turned the Den into a retreat. It became part of the master bedroom.

Virtual Tour

The virtual tour is a 60 foot Shelby. The VT modified the floor plan. They moved the door to the den to off the living room. The home is shown with an Ultimate Kitchen 3. That is no longer offered. It is priced with an Ultimate kitchen 2. They don't show the kitchen eating area very well. The dining area can handle a nice sized table and 4 chairs. It is shown with the optional end entry. The home is shown with the optional master bath, ceramic shower, square sinks, 152 Entertainment center, , optional desk, and Ultimate Kitchen 3, and an extra window by the tub.
