The Gloria is related to the Emmajene and the Ryan. The differences between the 3 is the location of the utility room, and bath 3. The Emmajene has a center utility room and bath 3. The Ryan has an utility room on the end of the home with bath 3 in the same location as the Emmajene. The Gloria has a smaller end utility room with bath 3 moved from between bedrooms 2 and bedroom 3 to next to the utility room. The allows for a bath by the rear door. This allows for someone to use a bath without walking through the entire home.

It is very unusual to have a 5 bedroom and a family room. The rooms sizes are still nice. Nothing is sacrificed.

The home is priced with the ultimate kitchen and a ceramic shower.

The kitchen is very open to the Family room and the living room.

Virtual Tour

We had to use the same Virtual tour for the Emmajene, Ryan and Gloria. This is to show you the general floor plan of the home. The guy who did the Virtual Tour neglected to get the utility room. It is the same as the utility room of the Winston home. When we designed the Ryan, I copied the utility room from the Winston. I think that you can figure it out with the floor plans.
