Chateau Homes


Chateau Homes are the same floor plans as The Dutch homes.  They will be more than the Prime Homes but less than the Dutch homes.     

The Chateau homes are:  

  • The same construction as the Dutch.    
  • limited in options from the Dutch Home.  No drywall,  
  • No floor plan changes allowed to the home.  
  • Can add windows, patio door, move doors and windows
  • You can add extra feet to the home.   

A production driven factory will produce more homes each day.  This spreads out the cost for a day to more homes thus reducing  the cost per home. This is why the Chateau is less than the Dutch.     

All the homes include frost pier foundation, delivery, set up, skirting and central air conditioning.
