Prime Homes will be the most economical New Home.  

There are two types of home builders.  

  • Sales driven -  They offer more options and make more changes to the floorplan.  
  • Production driven- The goal is to keep production changes at a minimum and allow very few options.  

A production driven factory will produce more homes each day.  This spreads out the cost for a day to more homes thus reducing  the cost per home.    

Prime Homes is owned by Champion Homes as is Dutch Housing.   Prime only does production driven homes.    

All the homes include frost pier foundation, delivery, set up, skirting and central air conditioning.
