We have priced the smaller sectional homes for the person who wants a modest price.

You will notice that the same home is offered in larger sizes. You will also notice that the price to go to a larger home is fairly modest. It is a good value in our opinion.

Pricing of the homes

The homes are priced with the following options:

Vinyl On Gypsum walls (VOG). Not tape and textured walls.
6 inch walls
R-38 insulation
OSB behind the siding.
21 cu. ft Over/Under Refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove and Microwave over the range.
Islands if displayed on the floor plan.
Carrier High efficiency furnace (electric is standard)
Standard kitchens and bathrooms

Of course you can get Tape and textured walls and any other option that you want. We had to make a decision on how to consistently price the homes so you can compare them fairly. Just send us an email. We can price it both ways for you. .
