Smaller Sectional Homes

Smaller Sectional Homes
Generally, people who are looking at smaller sections homes have one of two reasons.
- modest price
 - space limitations.

We have priced the smaller sectional homes for the person who wants a modest price.
You will notice that the same home is offered in larger sizes.  You will also notice that the price to go to a larger home is fairly modest.  It is a good value in our opinion.
Pricing of the homes
The homes are priced with the following options:
- Vinyl On Gypsum walls (VOG).  Not tape and textured walls.
 - 6 inch walls
 - R-38 insulation
 - OSB behind the siding.
 - 21 cu. ft Over/Under Refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove and Microwave over the range.
 - Islands if displayed on the floor plan.
 - Carrier High efficiency furnace (electric is standard)
 - Standard kitchens and bathrooms

Of course you can get Tape and textured walls and any other option that you want.  We had to make a decision on how to consistently price the homes so you can compare them fairly.  Just send us an email.  We can price it both ways for you. .
