One of the most interesting things about this home is how the utility room has an optional bath to a bathroom. This is great for my farmers who want to come in, take off their clothes and shower without tracking dirt through the entire house. The virtual tour did not put in the optional door. I wish they had.
The kitchen is kind of closed off to the living room. For the folks that like the living room and kitchen wide open, this may not be the home to choose. If you like that utiiity room layout with bath 2, I am sure that I could put it in a plan that has an open kitchen Living room. Actually, i would just have to adjust this kitchen a little. It would work.
The angle foyer is kind of interesting.
The virtual tour has a Ultimate Kitchen and the serenity bath. The home is priced with that plus the option packages.
