Purpose- Offer an alternative to a used home. Many are finding that there are not any or many used homes for sale or movers to move it. If you haven't realized it, you will soon.

Recommendation Not Moving it- Buy used. Moving it- Buy new

The price differences may be not as much as you think when you factor in the moving costs. You have to add the moving costs to the cost of the home if moving it.

Limitations of the Prime and Chateau Homes

No Drywall
Limited Delivery area. 100 (or so) mile radius of Fargo
Limited Models and options
No changes to the floor plans.

Very important. If any of those items doesn't work for you, we can order a Dutch home that you can choose which options that you want to limit.

What was done to make it less?

Structurally it is the same as the other Dutch Homes.
With limits on options and distance, delivery costs are less
Limits on models and options- Factory is more efficient.
