Medium Sectional Homes

Things to know about Medium sized Homes.  

  • The prices are not a stripped down home.
  • If there is a virtual tour.  The home is priced as the tour.  Virtual tour homes are generally "loaded".  You may or may not want all the options the home is included in the price.
  • What options you choose for your situation is up to you. 
  • We can do just about anything to a home. We can make it longer; flip it side to side or end to end. The possibilities are endless. 
  • The price list is abbreviated.  Dutch offers just about every option that you can think of. Their option list is 7 pages long 2 columns wide. It would be very confusing to have my whole price list listed.  
  • If you look at the base prices between homes, the homes are basically the same price for the same size.
